Expressive Fire

To go with the two [RubensTube] dancing fire devices, I am making a "pillar of flame". I guess it's more of a tripod of flame, however I intend to inter it in the center of a three-stage tensegrity tower which makes the entire assembly a pillar.

The fire will have three preset flame settings, from small lamp to raging torrent, by controlling both the gas and air flow through the device. I am still experimenting, however; there should be a spiral effect from the way the air is fed into the chamber, but the current decorative capper seems to damage that effect. We'll see what we end up with.
